It is with great pleasure that the International Budo Institute announces the appointment of Dr. Lloyd Williams, Ph.D., D.Min., to the academic council of The Institute. We are also happy to announce academic affiliation with the Institute for Transformative Thought and Learning headed by Dr. Williams.

Professor Dr. Williams is an expert on organizational behavior in which he holds a Ph.D. He also holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is presently working towards a third Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. Dr. Williams background will bring great insight in the development of curricula and degree programs within The Institute.

Professor Williams has held academic positions and has taught at numerous universities in America, Europe and Asia, including: Northcentral University, Grenoble Graduate School of Business, U21 Global Singapore, The International School of Management in Paris and the University of Massachusetts. As a result, Professor Williams has influenced the academic careers of many Master and Doctoral students. As a result of his high level of dedication to the learning process of his students Professor Williams was recognized by U21 Global with an Outstanding Professor award for online teaching in 2008 and 2009.

Dr. Williams is also active in academic consulting assisting various institutions of higher learning through the accreditation process with strategic planning, process development and research strategies. He has served in a number of important positions with various accreditation bodies, including: ACBSP, ECBE and IACBE. Dr. Williams will also assist The International Budo Institute in its drive for accreditation within the U.S. to begin providing Master and Doctoral level degrees.

Dr. Williams also has a developed professional consulting career in organization psychology with a list of clients including: John F. Kennedy School of Management, Oregan Bar Association, The United Way of Greater Los Angeles, as well as various civil organizations including: the cities of Las Vegas, San Bernadino and Anaheim California and the governments of the State of Iowa, Province of New Brunswick and the Province of British Columbia.
