I would like to thank all my students and friends who have provided much support during my recent move to Vanouver, British Columbia. The city and province are extremely beautiful with snow capped mountains towering over the wonderful city - truly exceptional.

The people in vancouver have been very welcoming and I am excited to now call it my home.

Naturally over the last few weeks there has been a slow down in posting as I was overwhelmed with the logistics of the move, but new postings should begin to start shortly as new video taping will commence in the near weeks bringing on new Kata demonstrations.

I wish to thank all the internet visitors as well for their understanding during this time of transition.
