It is our pleasure to announce that The Institute has decided to make the basics manual a free download for all students and visitors. At present most of the basic manual is available by navigating through the pages of this site. However, by having the basics manual available as a free download it will be easier for students to follow the material and will allow them to print up a hard copy that can be placed in a binder for study purposes. The Institute is commited to helping both students and Instructors from the Institute and beyond by way of providing materials for their syllabus and learning programs.
We hope that by taking this step we are helping more students start their study of Budo where the cost may have prevented them from doing so.
It makes us happy at the Institute to give this knowledge out to the community in the hope that the positive Karma will benefit us all. All we ask of teachers is that they keep the reference to the Budo Institute in the document for students so that the copyright remains in place. Otherwise, please feel free to use it for your own personal use in teaching or for the personal use of your students or their friends.
The basics manual should be made available for download sometime in the next 2 weeks after the electronic file has been worked on to reduce the download size and formating. Please be patient with us as we work through this modification.
